So I am back to my starting weight on January 2nd. Last Saturday morning I weighed 206.4. Sunday morning, a mere 24 hours later, I weighed 211. How does one gain almost 5 pounds in one day. Here is what I ate/drank.
2 vodka red bulls
A patty melt with a side of fries
A bottle of water
3 big ass glasses of water
A third of a mound of nachos
10-12 chicken wings
3 pints of smithwicks
I think the liquids played a major role in this. Monday morning I weighed myself and I gained another pound. More beer and food contributed to that. This morning I weighed 210.4, so back to where I started. I did do an hour on the elliptical yesterday. That felt good. Back to the gym today. Disappointing but not giving up.
Also, good job Leenie so far, keep it up.
dude - i finally went back to the gym today after not going since my Sunday swim! i have been SOOOOO lazy this week... I've been doing good with the food, but so tired of the work and gym routine... but, recharged tonight, and still out of the 190's! ;-)
