So this past week I was lazy only going to the gym twice. This month my eating out has increased with 12 trips through 14 days. Gotta work on that. I am losing the weight I gained back during superbowl weekend as I weighed in this morning at 207.8. That's all for now. Was going to go to the gym this evening but strained my upper back getting into my car this morning (so random) so we will see how I feel this afternoon.
