Gawd - i hope not! This morning I weighed in at at a svelte 187.6. For those keeping track, that would be 12 total pounds of weightloss... WOO-HOO!! The reason I'm doubting my scale is because yesterday, due to a meeting getting out at 6pm, and my plans of baked chicken for dinner, I didn't make it to the gym... :-( I measured out my rice consumption, very carefully, but probably ate more chicken than I should have (though it had no added calories, as i only seasoned it for baking). I went to bed full, more than i have since starting the diet... and i spent the night feeling fat - and sure that i was going to wake up at least 1 pound heavier... BUT NO... i woke up 1 pound lighter... SOOOOOO HAPPY and feeling so skinny!!
my favorite thing about losing 12 pounds so far is that my clothes are actually fitting me better and more comfortably!!! Closet room has recently given me many slim appearing outfits of increadible hipsterness! :-)
So proud of you Leenie. Keep it up!! Time to get off my ass. Down only 1 pound as of this morning.
