So, so lazy this week! I went back into the gym tonight for the first time since Sunday... i needed a little mini-vacation from the gym-work routine this week... I'm finding that the diet is much easier than the gym-ing. So, on the plus side, I'm still out of the 190's... but my body H-U-R-T-S, and it's too cold for the pool... so, I'm going to try to push through it inside on some piece of cardio equipment, until actual Spring arrives! Looking forward to next Thursday afternoon/Friday when I'll take a break from the jobby-job... after that, I should be refreshed for the gym-work routine, as i push onward to the 170's... :-)
Oh, and as I walked down the stairs at the gym tonight, something moved in my ankle... it was a mix of relief for the current pain, and a new pain... I don't know yet if this is a good thing or a bad thing... i think tomorrow morning will be the test!
